Since 15th to 17th of October, Monterrey City, the capital of State of Nuevo Leon in Mexico, will host the second edition of Biomonterrey08, the International Congress and Exhibition of Biotechnology. The topics of the Congress will be:
 Health biotechnology
 Agri-Food Biotechnology
 Environment and Industrial Biotechnology
Mexican and International Biocompanies, Research Centers and Universities will have the opportunity to organize a booth in the “Exhibition “part. Italy is planning to partecipate to the Congress with delegations from different Regions and with a own booth to promote the Italian biotech.

how did i get here

In preparing for BioMonterrey 2008 (which is next week in Mexico) I did a Google search using the word "BioMonterrey". Someone posted "BioMonterrey" on Spidera under events. I clicked on it and discovered Spidera. It seems Spidera will also be using Twitter for this event. I created a TWITTER account, as well, to perhaps help me maximize my networking while in Monterrey.
