From 14th to 19th September 2008 a course on Bioprocess Engineering will take place on the Island of Brac (Croatia). The course covers all the full spectrum of bioprocess engineering, starting from genetic concept for micro-organisms used to produce pharmaceutical and other products via microbial physiology, bioreaction kinetics to bioreactor design scale-up. The course is directed specifically at Ph.D students and experienced biotechnologists from research institutes, universities and industries. Start: 13:52

The first Joint Meeting of the European Society for Clinical Analysis (ESCCA) and the German Society of Cytometry (DGfZ) will be held at the World Trade Center in Bremen, Germany. Both annual meetings are recognized among the most relevant educational meetings for professionals dedicated to various fields of Cytometry, Cell Analysis, Cell Biology etc. In total we expect some 500 international participants, primarily arriving from Europe. | ||
