Offering: Located immediately south and contiguous to Houston Texas - the Pearland Economic Development Corporation offers cash incentives to life science and nano-technology companies in exchange for locating in the community., We are in the process of developing a life science incubator and will be offering lab space for VIABLE candidates for its use. Estimated completion is not for at least 12 months.
Seeking: We are looking to assist life science companies interested in locating in Houston (home of the world's largest medical center) to consider Pearland which is a mere 20 minute drive to the Texas Medical Center., We are also simply reaching out to network with life science companies and researchers for the sake of learning and improving/fine-tuning our mission to recruit life science projects into our community.
