When you create your profile, it is CRITICAL that the content is in the form that you would like Google and other search engines to find:

YOUR NAME must be in the form you want to be found by - i.e. Rory Murray, not "rory.murray" or "R Murray"

Your profile must clearly describe who you are and what you do - using any key words that are critical to your job, your company or your research areas.

To do this Click "My Spidera" at the top, then click on your name (on the left), then select "Edit" and then add information to each of the fields that are available, as required.
